Owen Burns

The voice of my heart is analog and raw, nostalgic for a time when we spoke to each other directly without digital mediation. I cherish finding fragments of beauty in forgotten, unusual and abandoned places. Taking inspiration from woods, field and stream, from lovers, friends, strangers, sunsets and family my practice examines the loneliness of a digital society, the intimacy of being human and the joy that comes from being fully present.
